dailies 4/15-4/21.

i was so busy baking cupcakes this afternoon, i almost forgot to post the dailies! let's take a look:

this weekend's baking adventure (for birthdays and catharsis) was angel food cupcakes with whipped cream and strawberries, as requested by my coworker slash friend (one of three with a birthday this week, phew! there are a lot of cupcakes in my immediate future). angel food cake is my favorite of the cakes anyway, so this was a fun (and highly successful, if i do say so myself!) experiment. if you see me in real-life this week, chances are there're cupcakes close by (and man do i love sharing). have a great week, everybody!
